Obedience Training & Behavior Modification

Our goal is to empower owners to build a deeper connection with their dogs through balanced training, structure and communication. We use a varity of training tools and techniques to build trust, set boundaries and give your dog the freedom that comes with being able to be included in everyday life and all the adventures that happen along the way.

Board & Train Programs

  $2,500/On-Leash Basics (2 Weeks)          

$3,500/ Off-Leash Basics (3 Weeks)

While training with us, your dog will stay in our home and become a part of our family pack. For the duration of their stay, your pet will receive ample one-on-one attention, with daily training sessions focused on foundational obedience, advanced obedience skills or behavior modification. Our board and train programs are customized to your dog’s specific needs and your individual training goals. We limit the number of trainees we take on ensuring that each dog is receiving quality training and focused attention. We believe that training in a home environment enables dogs to feel more comfortable and accelerates their learning of practical real life skills that will carry over after graduation. All board & train programs come with free life-time support of phone calls and follow-up lessons as needed.

In addition to training, every board & train guest is also allowed to participate in Dogmatica’s Activities & Adventure program while in our care. We believe living a happy, fulfilling life requires a healthy balance of work and play. This unique offering combines a practical application of manners, obedience and recreational skills while providing a valuable outlet for mental and physical activity and stimulation. We will be giving you and your dog the freedom that comes with being well-rounded and well-behaved wherever your adventures take you.

Private lessons

$150/ Single Lesson

$400/Three Lessons

Private training lessons will take place at your home. Focusing on one or two basic skills or working through a specific behavioral issue (i.e. leash manners, reactivity to other dogs, anxiety, crate training, etc). We will discuss in-depth the skills and techniques to be used. We will work with you and your dog to apply them correctly, and leave you with a detailed plan for maintaining and progressing your goals between lessons.

BOARDING

$60/Per Night

Your dog will stay in our home and receive ample one-on-one attention, including daily walks, play sessions and nature hikes. Contact us for boarding availability.
